Will of Violet Burt

In re VIOLET CLAYTON BURT DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me Violet Clayton Burt of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland spinster I hereby revoke all former wills by me made I bequeath unto my father Joshua Burt all moneys both principal and interest now or which may hereafter be in the hands of Jesse Whiteway, of St. John's aforesaid, Merchant, as guardian of my estate, which moneys have been derived by me from the estate of my late mother. I appoint the said Jesse Whiteway executor of this my will.

Dated at St. John's the thirty-first day of December A.D. 1904. Violet Clayton Burt.

Signed by the said testatrix as and for her last will in the presence of us who in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto

witnesses Jesse Whiteway. Robert Pittman.

I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and testament of Violet Clayton Burt.
