In re THOMAS COADY deceased. I Thomas Coady, being of sound mind and memory, do give, devise and bequeath all my property, both real and personal, to my beloved wife, Bridget, hereby revoking all former wills by me made. And I hereby appoint my son, Thomas Coady, executor of this my last will. In witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand this nineteenth day of January nineteen hundred and thirteen at St. John’s, Newfoundland. Thos. Coady. Signed by the said testator, Thomas Coady, as and for his last will and testament, in the presence of us, who, at his request, in is presence and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as attesting witnesses this nineteenth day of January nineteen hundred and thirteen at St. John’s, Newfoundland.
