In re: TRYPHENA WYATT DECEASED.
This is the last Will and Testament of me, Tryphena Wyatt, of St. John’s, in the Dominion of Newfoundland, Married Woman. I give, devise and bequeath all the real and personal estate whatsoever to which at my death I shall be beneficially entitled unto George H. Morgan, of St. John’s, Printer and the Elder of the Seventh day Adventist Church resident in St. John’s at my death UPON TRUST that the said George H. Morgan and the said Elder will sell, call in, collect and convert into money the said real and personal estate at such time or times and in such manner as they shall think fit and shall out of the monies to arise from the sale, calling in, collection or conversion of, or forming part of my said real and personal estate, pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts, and invest the residue thereof in such investments authorized for the investing of trust funds by Trustees, as they shall deem advisable and pay the interest arising from the sum or sums so invested to my husband William Wyatt during his life and after his death to transfer the said investments to the Eastern Canadian Union Corporation of the Seventh day Adventist Church.
