Will of Timothy St. John |
In re: TIMOTHY ST. JOHN. DECEASED.
This is the last will and Testament of me Timothy St. John of St. John's Butcher.
First I hereby revoke all testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.
Second I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be first paid out of my estate.
Third I give devise and bequeath all the residue of my estate unto the Reverend John Ryan of St. Patricks Church for the use and benefit of said church and the institutions connected therewith.
Fourth I appoint William Malcolm sole executor of this my will.
In witness whereof I the said Timothy St. John have hereunto my hand subscribed unto this my will at St. John's this thirteenth day of November Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred & six. Timothy St. John.
Signed by the said Timothy St. John as his last will and testament in the presence of us both being present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. Jas. P. Blackwood William Malcolm
