Will of Timothy Joseph McCormack

In re: TIMOTHY J. MCCORMACK DECEASED

In the name of God, Amen. I Timothy Joseph McCormack of Kilbride, in the District of St. John’s make this my last will and testament. I hereby revoke all former wills by me at any time made and declare this to be my last will and testament. I hereby give and bequeath to my daughter Johannah Bride Walsh, the wife Francis Walsh, all my land situate at Killbride aforesaid now occupied by me consisting of about twenty five acres, together with the dwelling house, stables, partly built dwelling house and all other erections thereon. also all my cattle and horse my carts and all farming utensils; all my household furniture and effects:

I also give and bequeath to my said Daughter Johannah Bride Walsh all that piece of land situate on Bay Bulls Road on the south side of the said road opposite property now occupied by the sons of the late George Stanley, containing about twelve and a half acres. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed and set my hand and seal this twelveth day of January A.D. one thousand nine hundred and four Timothy J his X mark McCormack (LS) Signed and sealed as and for his last will and Testament by the said Timothy J McCormack in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other subscribe our names as witnesses, the will having been first read over to explained to and fully understood by the said Testator (Sgd Simon his X mark Conolly (sgd) R.A Squires
