In re TIMOTHY CLANCEY: DECEASED. In the name of God Amen I Timothy Clancey of St. John’s Farmer being of sound mind memory and understanding do make and ordain the following as and for my last will and testament- After the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses I will and desire that my executor shall divide and give the balance of any monies belonging to me to my daughters Mary Breen Anne Walsh Margaret Brennan and Johanna Brien in even and equal proportions such payment is not to effect any claim or demand my daughter Mary Breen may have on me or my estate for the attendance and care bestowed by her on me-To my daughter Mary Breen I will and bequeath the land and dwelling situate on Gower Street and No- 139 To my daughter Anne Walsh I bequeath the land and house No. 140 on said street- To my daughter Margaret Brennan the place she holds adjoining the above- To my daughter Johanna Brien the house fronting on Prescott Street- To my grandsons Timothy Breen and William Brien I bequeath my farm to be held by them as tenants in common- To my grandsons John Breen and Patrick Breen I bequeath the land I hold from Cullen’s Estate. To my grandsons Martin Brennan and Patrick Brien I bequeath the land I hold from John Woods on which I have a stable. I appoint Martin Walsh executor hereof.
