In re: THOMAS J. WALL. DECEASED.
This is the last will of me Thomas J. Wall of St. John’s Newfoundland, Liquor Dealer and I revoke all former wills by me made.
I appoint my wife Margaret Wall executrix of this my will and I give devise and bequeath to her all property of whatsoever kind including money and chooses in action that I shall die possessed of.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand to this my will this 29th day of August 1916. Thomas J. Wall. Signed by the testator Thomas J. Wall as and for his last will in the presence of us who in his presence and the presence of each other have subscribed hereto our names as witnesses. Jas. J. McGrath. Jas. Cooney.
