In re: THOMAS SULLIVAN. DECEASED.
To Thomas Smith, the son of my grandson George Smith, I leave my bed and bedding of every kind. I also will and bequeath to my grandson George Smith, my nephew John Cooper and his son James Cooper all my wearing apparel to be equally divided among them It is my desire that this my last will and Testament be not opened until one month after my death. I appoint John Sullivan of St. John’s Superintendent of Constabulary to be my sole executor Thomas his X mark Sullivan witnessed by In his and each others presence it having first been read over and explained to the testator John J.
