Will of Thomas Power

In re THOMAS POWER: DECEASED.

I Thomas Power of St. John’s Newfoundland Pilot, do make this my last will and testament. First I give and bequeath to my daughter Ellen Dooly widow of R. Dooley all the property real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever of which I shall die possessed or entitled for her to pay out of it all my just debts and funeral expenses and to hold the residue to her own use.

Secondly. I appoint the said Ellen Dooley executrix of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my name this twenty second day of August Anno Domini eighteen hundred and seventy two.

Witness having been first read and explained to the said Thomas Power in our presence,
