In re THOMAS POWER: DECEASED. I Thomas Power of St. John’s Newfoundland Pilot, do make this my last will and testament. First I give and bequeath to my daughter Ellen Dooly widow of R. Dooley all the property real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever of which I shall die possessed or entitled for her to pay out of it all my just debts and funeral expenses and to hold the residue to her own use.Secondly. I appoint the said Ellen Dooley executrix of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my name this twenty second day of August Anno Domini eighteen hundred and seventy two. Thomas his X mark Power.
