In re: THOMAS O'MARA DECEASED
This is the last will and Testament of me Thomas O’Mara of Saint John’s in the Island of Newfoundland Dealer. I give devise and bequeath all the real and personal estate to which I shall or may be entitled at the time of my decease unto my beloved wife Mary O’Mara absolutely and I appoint her sole Executrix of this my will hereby revoking all former testamentary writings.
In witness whereof I the said Thomas O’Mara have hereunto set my hand to this my will at Saint John’s aforesaid this seventeenth day of May Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine Thomas O’Mara Signed by the above named Thomas O’Mara as his last will and Testament in the presence of us both being present at the same time who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses (sgd) Frank D Lilly Jas. P. Blackwood
