Will of Thomas Patrick O'Donnell

In re: THOMAS P. O'DONNELL. DECEASED

Know All Men by these presents, that I, Thomas Patrick O'Donnell of Bell Island, in the Electoral District of St. John's East Stipendiary Magistrate, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament.

First I give and bequeath In Trust to my wife Winifred (Amy) O'Donnell all my property real and personal to be divided Equally and for the use of herself and our children, Mary Patricia, Julia Mary, Francis Teresa, and Robert Brendan O'Donnell.

Second. That out of said property real and personal any legitimate debts due by me shall be paid or Compromised with my Creditors.

Third I give and bequeath to my son Robert Brendan my gold watch and chain, when he attains the age of twenty one years.

Fourth. I appoint my brother-in-law William Edward Jones M.D. Avondale Harbor Main and the Rev. Jas J. McGrath P.P. Bell Island or in case of the latters death or removal, the resident pastor of the Parish. Executors of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I, the said Thomas P O'Donnell set my hand and seal hereunto this 7th day of June 1910. Thomas P. O'Donnell (LS) Witness Tessie O'Donnell
