In re: THOMAS MURRAY . DECEASED.
This is the last will and testament of me Thomas Murray of Saint John’s Cabman.
1. I give devise and bequeath all my property of every description to my daughters Bridget Murray and Mary Ann Murray in equal shares.
2. I appoint my said daughter Bridget Murray executrix of this my will. Witness my hand at Saint John’s this 12 day of March Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and twelve. Thomas his X mark Murray Signed (by making his mark) published and declared by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in our presence who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other (all present at the same time) have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses (the same having been first read over and explained to the said testator and approved by him W.O’D. Kelly. Katherine Murphy.
