In re: THOMAS J. MORRIS. DECEASED.
This is the last will of me Thomas J. Morris of St. John's Newfoundland Shoemaker and I revoke all former wills by me made. I appoint my daughter Mary E. Morris (known as Minnie) executrix of this my will.
I give to my sons Matthew and Thomas in equal shares all my right title and interest in the leasehold property on Hayward Avenue that was heretofore held by my late mother. The residue of my estate I give to my said daughter.
In witness whereof I have set my hand to this my will this 9th day of November 1916. T.J. Morris. Signed by the testator Thomas J. Morris as and for his last will in our presence who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Jas. J. McGrath. T.S. McGrath.
