In re THOMAS B. MCGRATH. DECEASED. This is the last will and testament of me Thomas B. McGrath of St. John’s Newfoundland Engineer at present one of the Newfoundland Regiment and I revoke all former wills by me made I bequeath all I die possessed of to my brother Ronald M. McGrath If he should die before me then all my estate shall go to Mrs. John Thomey my grandmother. I appoint John Thomey husband of my grandmother executor of this my will. In witness whereof I have set my hand to this my will this first day of October 1914. THOS. B. MCGRATH. Signed by the said Thomas B.
