In re THOMAS MANSFIELD. DECEASED. In the name of God Amen. This is the last will and testament of me Thomas Mansfield of St. John’s Fisherman. being of sound disposing mind memory and understanding I do hereby will and bequeath out of natural affection to my beloved niece Johanna Gallivan wife of Thomas Gallivan Cooper of St. John’s all my real estate in St. John’s consisting of house property situated on the Kings Road and Georgetown subject to the payment of my lawful debts and my funeral expenses. I will and bequeath to my said beloved niece all my personal property consisting of a bed and bedding and nets on Labrador. I hereby appoint John Rowe and William Gallivan executors of my will. Dated the sixth day of May A.D. 1874.Thomas his X mark Mansfield. Signed as his last will in presence of us present at the same time the same having been read over to him and approved by him and we have hereunto signed as witnesses in presence of the testator and of each other, John Rowe, James G.
