In re: THOMAS H. LAWRENCE. DECEASED. FIRST I revoke all former wills by me at any time made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament. SECOND I direct that my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses be first paid out of my estate. THIRD I appoint my sons Edwin and William to be Executors and Trustees of this my last Will and Testament. FOURTH I give and bequeath my shares in Lawrence Brothers Limited to be divided equally between my sons Edwin and William absolutely on condition that they each pay a proportionate part of the death duties payable by my estate in the same proportion as the value of their individual legacies bear to the value of the whole estate. FIFTH I give and bequeath my household furniture and effects to my daughter Annie absolutely. SIXTH The residue of my estate I give and bequeath to my daughter Annie during her life or until she shall marry and upon the death or marriage of my said daughter Annie I direct that the residue shall be divided equally between my children, the children if any, of a deceased child taking their parents share. IN WITNESS WHEREOF: I have hereunto set my hand at St. John’s, aforesaid this 18th day of December A.D. 1923. |
