In re: THOMAS HANLON. DECEASED
This is the last will and Testament of me Thomas Hanlon of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland Shop-Keeper I desire that all funeral and testamentary expenses be first paid out of my estate I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Bridget Hanlon all property of every description of which I may die possessed for her sole and separate use and I hereby appoint my said wife the Executrix of this my last will and Testament
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 6th day of April A.D. 1908 Thomas Hanlon Signed Published and Declared by the said Testator as and for this last will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Hattie Hanlon Charles H. Emerson
