IN RE: THOMAS L. HALLETT. DECEASED
This is the last will and Testament of me Thomas L. Hallett of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland Dentist - I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Amelia Hallett all and singular whatsoever lands monies chattels and effects I may die possessed of to hold the same absolutely and for ever and I hereby nominate and appoint my said wife as sole executrix of this my said last will
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand at St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland this ninth day of December Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and twelve - T. L. Hallett - Signed published and declared by the said Testator as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who present at the same time in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Florence B. Rankin J. A. Clift Solr.
