In re: THOMAS FORAN. DECEASED

This is the last will and testament of me, Thomas Foran, made at St. John’s, in the Island of Newfoundland, this 11th day of November, A.D. 1907.

1. I appoint my wife, Selina Foran, sole executrix of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other wills by me at any time made.

2. I give devise and bequeath unto my said wife, for her sole and absolute use, all the property of every description of which I shall die possessed, said property being situate principally on Barter’s Hill, Sebastian Street, and George Street, and consisting of dwelling houses, workshop, and leasehold land; also all my interest in land and houses, and all my furniture of every description; To Hold the same unto my said wife for her sole and absolute use forever.

In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand at St. John’s aforesaid, the day and year first above written. Thomas Foran Signed by the said testator as and for his last will and testament, in the presence of us, who in his presence, at his request, and in the presence of each other, have hereunto our names subscribed as witnesses M.
