This is the Last will and Statment of Thomas Dwyer Sr. of John very sick But perfect mind and Memory

I Bequest to my wife Mary Dwyer $300.00 three Hundred Dollars and Thwo my sone Peter Dwyer $100 one hundred and my sone John Dwyer $25. twenty-five dollars and to my Daughter Bridget Hammond $20. twenty dollars and my Sister Catherine Fitzgerald $10 ten dollars and my sister Mary Ann Maning $10 ten dollars

My son John is to have one acre of Land the west End of the House Meadow and my son Peter Dwyer is to have my Dwelling House and Barn and the Piece of Land it is Bilt on My Pasture Land is to Beetween my two sons Joh and Peter Dwyer and allso Long Hary Meadow is Between my two sones John and Peter Dwyer allso the East End Peice of Land is For My Daughter, Bridget Hammond all so My Boath and store and Land at Bell Isle Beach to Between John and Peter Dwyer allso

My wife is to have one Cow and Peter Dwyer My sone is to have one Cow Horse and sheep and all My Implements and my wife is to Bee Mistress and to Do By them as she done By me Thomas his X mark Dwyer Feb 15th 1907 Witness Michael Dwyer Wm Bennett Solomon X His mark S Keans
