In re: THOMAS DEWLING. DECEASED. I give and bequeath unto my wife Mrs Jemima Dewling everything of which I die possessed, including my house situated No. 44 Williams Street St. John’s and all money to the credit of our joint account in the Bank of Montreal St. John’s and in the Nfld Savings Bank St. John’s. If after the death of my wife, there remains any property or money I bequeath the same to be divided into Eleven parts and distributed as follows: If any of the seven named above should die before my wife the part, or parts, bequeathed to them shall be divided equally between those still living. THOMAS DEWLING. Signed by the said Testator in the presence of us, present at the same time, who at his request, in his presence, and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses. |
