In re Thomas Costello deceased. I the undersigned Thomas Costello as witnessed by my mark hereby assign and aportion unto Bridget my wife to have and to hold all charge over and unto all my land dwellings and everything thereon contained together with all moneys in Savings Bank or otherwise for and only during her life and then to be apportioned unto Richard Martin Junr of Torbay and Wm. St. Leger of said place as she may think fit this is my last will and dying testament. Thomas his X mark Costello Witness to his mark James A. Gordon, Henry V. Born. Torbay, Decr 7th 1860.
