Will of Thomas Charles

In re: THOMAS CHARLES DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Charles of Saint John's in the Island of Newfoundland Licensed Publican.

First:- I direct that out of my general Estate all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses shall be first paid.

Second:- I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Sarah Ann Charles all that I possess in this world --- after my death to look upon and treat all the issue of our marriage in equality.

Third:- I hereby appoint my wife Sarah Ann to be sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament. Thomas Charles Signed published and declared in presence of Moses Crossman. J. J. Pitman.
