Will of Thomas Carroll

In re: THOMAS CARROLL. DECEASED

There was no, "Second," paragraph in this will, just a, "First," and a, "Third."

In the name of God Amen I Thomas Carroll of St. John’s do make publish and declare this as and for my last will and testament

First I bequeath to my daughter Bridget Rahal for life and after her death to her daughters Mary and Ann Rahal all my property of whatsoever kind I may die possessed including my houses on Prospect Street and Kickham Place reserving however to my wife the right to live during her lifetime in the downstairs tenement of my house on Kickham place

Thirdly I appoint my daughter Bridget Rahal to be the executor of this will. Thomas his X mark Carroll Signed published and declared as and for his last will and testament by the said testator in our presence who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our hands as witness this 4th day of October 1906 having been first read over and explained to the said testator James M. Kent Jack Renouf
