In re: SUSANNAH REES. DECEASED.
This is the last will and testament of me Susannah Rees of Lance Cove Belle Isle Spinster and I hereby revoke all former wills by me made.
I give devise and bequeath all the property money estate or effects of which I shall die possessed (after payment of my debts and after providing at cost not less than thirty dollars a suitable monument at my grave) unto my nephews Alfred Rees and William Rees of Lance Cove (sons of my late brother Alfred in equal parts as tenants in common and I appoint my said nephew Alfred executor of this my will.
Witness my hand at Lance Cove aforesaid this third day of June Anno Domini nineteen hundred and four Susannah Rees. Signed published and declared by the said Susannah Rees as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us the subscribers who in the presence of the testatrix and of each other have hereto subscribed our names as such witnesses on the date above written Geo. M. Johnson. Johannah her X mark Mercer
