Will of Susannah Curnew

In re: SUSANNAH CURNEW. DECEASED.

I, Susannah Curnew, of St. John’s, Newfoundland, do hereby give and bequeath my whole estate of which I may die possessed to James John Curnew.

In case the said James John Curnew do decide to leave the country of Newfoundland after my decease, the whole of my estate then remaining shall be given absolutely to the Rev. J. Brinton, of St. John’s, Newfoundland to be disposed of by him according to his sole discretion.
I hereby appoint Rev. J. Brinton my sole Executor. SUSANNAH her X mark CURNEW
