IN RE: STEPHEN TUCKER. DECEASED To my wife Margaret I give devise and bequeath the Western end or portion of the Dwelling House in which I now reside should she survive after my decease and desire to live here The whole of the remaining portion of my property or possessions that I may die possessed of or be entitled to consisting of monies houses and lands whatsoever or wheresoever situated I give devise and bequeath to my youngest son Philip Tucker for his sole and separate use and benefit trusting that he will decently support and maintain his mother should she survive after my decease and that at her death he will see her decently interred STEPHEN TUCKER Signed by the said Testator Stephen Tucker in the presence of us present at the same time who, at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses this 29th day of June Anno Domini 1920 Alexander Tucker St Philips John Johnson Tucker St Philips CORRECT.
