Will of Stephen Tucker

IN RE:   STEPHEN TUCKER.    DECEASED

This is the last Will and Testament of me Stephen Tucker of Saint Philips in the District of St John's West in the Dominion of Newfoundland made this twenty ninth day of June in the year of Our Lord One thousand nine hundred and Twenty

I hereby revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofore. I appoint Charles R. Belbin Ex teacher of this place to be my Executor and direct that all my debts and Funeral Expenses shall be paid as soon as convenient may be after my decease

I give and bequeath to my wife Margaret Tucker and to each of my three daughters namely to Esther Mercer; Leah Snow and Edith Victoria Squires the sum of one hundred dollars in cash I also give and bequeath a similar sum namely one hundred dollars in cash to each of my four sons namely to Absalom, Solomon, Elias and Philip.

To my wife Margaret I give devise and bequeath the Western end or portion of the Dwelling House in which I now reside should she survive after my decease and desire to live here The whole of the remaining portion of my property or possessions that I may die possessed of or be entitled to consisting of monies houses and lands whatsoever or wheresoever situated I give devise and bequeath to my youngest son Philip Tucker for his sole and separate use and benefit trusting that he will decently support and maintain his mother should she survive after my decease and that at her death he will see her decently interred
