Will of Stephen Angel

IN RE:   STEPHEN ANGEL.    DECEASED

This is the last Will and Testament of me Stephen Angel, Wharf Master, of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland.

I revoke all former Wills by me at any time made, and I appoint my wife Mary executrix of this my Will.

I give and bequeath to my said wife for her own use absolutely all the property of whatsoever kind I may die possessed.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand at St. John's aforesaid, this 14th day of January, A.D. 1920.

Signed Published and Declared by the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in presence of us, both being present at the same time who in his presence and at his request hereunto subscribe ourselves as witnesses attesting the due execution hereof. (The said Will having been first read over and explained to the said Testator in our presence who appeared perfectly to understand the same, and who signed the same by making his mark thereto.)
