FIFTH Subject to the provisions of paragraphs three and four of this my will I give devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my property to my brothers Edwin Knight, and Archibald Knight, my sister the said Fanny Pratt and my sisters-in-law Mary J. Knight and Jessie Knight in equal shares PROVIDED ALWAYS (a) that should my said brother Edwin Knight predecease me his share shall be taken by his wife Annie Knight. (b) that should my said brother Archibald Knight predecease me his share shall be taken by his wife Sarah Knight ( c) that should my said sister Fanny Pratt predecease me her share (and also her share (if any) under the third paragraph of this my will) shall be taken by her two daughters Florence and Nellie Pratt (d) that should my said sister-in-law Mary J. Knight predecease me her share shall be taken by her child or children (and if more than one equally between them) (e) that should my said sister-in-law Jessie Knight predecease me her share shall be taken by her daughter Julia Knight.
