The last will and testament of Silas N. Halfyard I Silas N. Halfyard do declare this to be my last will and testament. I give bequeath and devise to my wife Jessie L. Halfyard all the property I may possess at the time of my death both real and personal including the Life Insurance payable at my death subject only to the payment of my just debts if any-

Halfyard have attached my signature hereto in the presence of the witnesses who have signed this will in my presence and in the presence of each other in the city of Portland State of Maine this sixth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight Silas N.
