IN RE: SIDNEY WILLAR. DECEASED February 4 1926
I, Sidney Willar do hereby declare this my last Will and Testament.
I hereby give and bequeath my whole Estate and personal Effects of which I may die possessed the said Estate situated on the Portugal Cove Road, to Fanny Susanna Snelgrove of St. John's. I appoint Rev. J. Brinton my sole Executor. SIDNEY WILLAR.
