Will of Sarah Ann Willar

IN RE:   SARAH ANN WILLAR.    DECEASED

This is the last will and testament of me Sarah Ann Willar of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Married Woman.

I appoint my son John Mitchell Willar and the Rev. Jacob Brinton of St. John's the executors of this my last will and testament.

I desire that all my debts funeral and testamentary expenses first be paid.

I give all the property real and personal of which I may die possessed to my executors in trust for my said son John Mitchell Willar and my daughter Stella Margaret, it being the intention of this will that my said son will look after and support my said daughter Stella Margaret during her lifetime. At her decease the said property shall be the said John Mitchell Willar's absolutely.

Dated at St. John's this twenty fourth day of July Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and twenty four.
