In re: SARAH ELIZABETH MILLIGAN. DECEASED
This is the last will and testament of me Sarah Elizabeth Milligan of St. John’s widow of the late George S. Milligan Wesleyan Clergyman deceased.
I revoke all wills heretofore by me made. I appoint my son Archibald Milligan and Charles P. Ayre of St. John’s Merchant to be the executors of this my last will. I give devise and bequeath my whole estate to my said executors in trust to pay out of the same to my sister Charlotte R. B. Hathaway the sum of four hundred dollars, to my son Archibald Milligan the sum of four hundred dollars, to my daughter Julia Abraham the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars and to my friend Sarah Garland the sum of fifty dollars and to convey the residue of my said Estate unto my son Archibald Milligan and my sister Charlotte Hathaway who are to share the same share and share alike.
Having already made advances to my son George S. Milligan I make no provision for him in this my last will and testament Signed May 7th 1907 S.E. Milligan Signed published and declared by the testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who in her presence and in the presence of each other did see her sign her name hereto and in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses to this her last will and testament Sarah McDougall J.A.W.W. McNeily
