Will of Sarah Hudson

IN RE:   SARAH HUDSON.    DECEASED

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me Sarah Hudson of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Widow.

FIRST. I revoke all Wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.

SECOND. I appoint Philip H. Hudson of St. John's, Merchant, Executor of this my Will.

THIRD. I give devise and bequeath all my property to the said Philip H. Hudson in trust to be sold at his discretion, and the proceeds of such sale, after payment of expenses, to be equally divided between my three children, namely, Kenneth Roland Hudson, Beatrice Emily McKie and Emma Martin Hierlihy.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF: I, the said Sarah Hudson have signed this my Will this 2nd day of August September, Anno Domini, One thousand nine hundred and twenty-two.

The above-named Sarah Hudson signed this her Will by mark in the presence of us, present at the same time, who at her request in her presence, and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
