IN RE: SARAH S. DRYER. DECEASED
This is the last will and testament of me, Sarah S. Dryer of St. John's, Spinster. I revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made. I direct that my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses first be paid. I give, devise and bequeath all property of every description of which I may die possessed to my niece, Maude Dryer, and I appoint her the executrix of this my last will. St. John's October 28th 1924. SARAH her X mark S. DRYER Signed published and declared by the said testatrix as & for her last will and testament, in the presence of us, both being present at the same time, who, in her presence and at her request hereunto subscribe ourselves as witnesses attesting the due execution hereof - the said will having first been read over and explained to the said testatrix in our presence, she appearing perfectly to understand the same, which she signed by making her mark.
