The proceeds from such sale, together with any money on hand or on deposit in the bank or secured by way of mortgage I will and direct shall be paid out by my said Executor in five equal shares, namely one share each to my children John, Annie, Otto and Elsie and one share between the children of my deceased son William.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's aforesaid this twenty-fourth day of November, A.D. 1922.
