IN RE: SAMUEL RUBY. DECEASED
This is the last Will and Testament of me Samuel Ruby of Short's Road in the District of Saint John's West in the Island of Newfoundland Farmer – I give devise and bequeath one half share of all my real and personal Estate and Effects unto my Wife Eliza Ruby absolutely – I give devise and bequeath the residue of all my real and personal Estate and Effects unto my children Kenneth Ruby Herbert Ruby and Gladys Lester wife of Frederick Lester and also my daughter Bertha married in the United States in equal shares. I appoint my said wife Eliza Ruby sole Executrix of this my Will – Dated at Saint John's aforesaid this thirtieth day of March A.D. 1920. SAMUEL RUBY. Signed by the said Samuel Ruby as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses Isabel Neary. W.R. Warren, Solicitor.
