In re: SAMUEL JOHN BOONE DECEASED
This is the Last Will and Testament of me Samuel John Boone of St. John’s Storekeeper. First I hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions at any time heretofore made and declare this to be my last will and testament. Second I direct that all my just debts be paid out of my estate. Third. I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Marion Boone all my estate and effects of every kind whatsoever to be used and enjoyed by her during lifetime and at her death to be divided among my children as follows:- - My leasehold property No. 184 Duckworth Street and three shares in the Boot and shoe Factory and my piano to be given to my daughter Maria Maud Mathieson.
- The house now occupied by me No 40 Queens Road and two shares in the New York Newfoundland and Halifax Steamship Company to be given to my son Alexander J.S. Boone.
- My house No 42 Queens Road at present in the occupancy of George Knowling Esq and my watch and chain to be given to my son Gordon V. Boone.
Fourth The property belonging to me not specifically devised to my children on the death of my wife I give to my wife absolutely I appoint my wife Marion Boone executrix of this my will St. John’s March 27th 1908 S. J. Boone Signed published and declared by the testator in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto our hands subscribed as witnesses (sgd) Mary E. Holloway (sgd) Geo W.R. Ayre
