In re SAMUEL GARRETT deceased. This is the last will and testament of me Samuel Garrett of Saint John’s in the Island of Newfoundland Builder I give devise and bequeath all lands property goods chattels and effects of every description whatsoever of which I may die possessed or entitled to unto my wife Emma Garrett And I appoint my said wife to be the executrix of this my last will and testament In witness whereof I the said Samuel Garrett have subscribed my name to this my last will and testament this eighteenth day of February Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and ninety nine. Samuel Garrett Signed by the above named Samuel Garrett as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us, both being present at the same time, who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Charles H.
