IN RE: ROBERT WHITTEN. DECEASED
This is the last will and Testament of me Robert Whitten of the Southside of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland fisherman I will and bequeath all the property and effects whatsoever of which I am possessed to my wife Martha Whitten for herself absolutely. I appoint my said wife, Martha Whitten, executrix of this my last will and testament. Robert his x mark Whitten Signed and declared by me this 16th day of April A.D. 1912 in the presence of the undersigned who in my presence and in the presence of each other have signed their names hereto as witnesses (the same having been first read over and explained to the said Robert Whitten) Henry Uphill Chas E. Hunt
