Will of Robert Weatherdon

In re: ROBERT WEATHRDON. DECEASED

Know all men by these Presents. That I Robert Weatherdon of St. John's Newfoundland in the island of Newfoundland, Sailmaker, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my last will and Testament.

First. - I give and bequeath to Mary Ann Bragg, wife of John Bragg of St. John's, Newfoundland, all my interest in and title to, my part of that Dwelling House and property situated at 48 Longs Hill, in St. John's, Newfoundland by me now owned, also all my personal effects, wearing apparel Furniture and household goods. In recognition of many years of kindness and attention shown me by her.

Further. - I appoint my friend Albert Soper of St. John's, Newfoundland, Sole Executor of this my last will and Testament Robert Weatherdon (LS) Signed, declared and published by the above named Robert Weatherdon as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other - and at his request, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Eli Tuck (LS) John W Anderson (LS) This second day of January, in the year of our Lord, one Thousand nine Hundred and four
