Will of Robert John Taylor

In re: ROBERT J. TAYLOR. DECEASED

I Robert John Taylor of St. John’s Carpenter hereby Revoke all former wills by me at any time made and appoint my Cousin Howard John Taylor, of St. John’s, accountant to be the sole executor of this my last will and testament.

I give devise and Bequeath my Sons of England Benefit Society insurance and Benefits to my said Executor in trust for my sister Mildred Taylor, the same to be paid to my said sister at the rate of Twenty five Dollars per year the first payment to be made six months after the probate of this my last will. I give devise and bequeath my Sons of United Fisherman Society insurance and Benefits to my sister Mary Emma Taylor. All the Rest Residue and Remainder of my property goods chattels Monies insurance Benefits and effects I give devise and Bequeath to my Mother, Mary Anne Taylor, absolutely. St. John’s June 23th 1909.

Robert John Taylor Signed by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in our presence who in the presence of the testator and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Madge Cullian R. A. Squires
