In re     ROBERT STEIN deceased

    This is the last will and testament of me Robert Stein of St. John, Newfoundland, Engineer.
First. I desire that all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses shall be first paid out of my estate.
Second: I appoint Donald Morison of St. John’s, Solicitor, executor of this my will-
Third: I bequeath my watch and chain to my son William.
Fourth: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate and effects I give devise and bequeath to my said executor in trust to apply the same in his sole discretion in or towards the maintenance and education of my two sons, Conrad and Gerald.     Witness my hand at St. John’s this thirty-first day of October A.D. 1910.     R. Stein.     Signed published and declared by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in our presence who in the presence of the testator and of each other (all present at the same time) have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.     D.
