In re: ROBERT DIXON CAVE DECEASED.
This is the last Will and Testament of me Robert Dixon Cave of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland. Tide Waiter. I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Dora Susannah Cave all and singular whatsoever lands property and effects that I may die possessed of to hold the same absolutely and for ever and I hereby appoint her the said Dora Susannah Cave as sole Executrix of this my said will.
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand at St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland this twenty sixth day of June Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

Signed by the said Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who present at the same time in his presence and in the presence of each other and at his request have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
