Will of Richard Weir

In re

Richard Weir deceased.

 

This is the last will and testament of Richard Weir of St. John’s Farmer  I give devise and bequeath to my several children Ann White Sarah Earle Richard Weir William Weir Thomas Weir Elizabeth Davis & Louisa King my lower field on the Newtown Road next to Cahills in equal proportions as tenants in common during their lives and after their respective deaths to their children I give devise and bequeath the land Farm house and premises upon which I now live and all other property of every kind of which I may be possessed or to which I may be entitled at the time of my death unto my son James Weir during his life and after his death to his child or children- I appoint my son James the executor of this my last will and testament.  In witness whereof I have to these presents subscribed my hand the thirtieth day of September A.D. one thousand eight hundred and fifty eight.  Richard Weir.  Witness, the same having first been read and approved, R.J. Pinsent Jr.
