In re Richard Weir deceased.
This is the last will and testament of Richard Weir of St. John’s Farmer I give devise and bequeath to my several children Ann White Sarah Earle Richard Weir William Weir Thomas Weir Elizabeth Davis & Louisa King my lower field on the Newtown Road next to Cahills in equal proportions as tenants in common during their lives and after their respective deaths to their children I give devise and bequeath the land Farm house and premises upon which I now live and all other property of every kind of which I may be possessed or to which I may be entitled at the time of my death unto my son James Weir during his life and after his death to his child or children- I appoint my son James the executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have to these presents subscribed my hand the thirtieth day of September A.D. one thousand eight hundred and fifty eight. Richard Weir.
