IN RE: RICHARD WALSH. DECEASED
In the name of God Amen I Richard Walsh of Cap Broyle being Infirm & sick in Body but of sound & perfect memory thanks be to God do give & bequeath to my beloved wife Ellen Walsh & my beloved daughter Margaret Joseph my dwelling House & Kitchen Garden to be joint owners for their natural lives. And I bequeath to my beloved son Michael all my Land on Mountary on the South of John Oldridge's Land and what Land I own on the back Road together with what Ground I own adjoining the back of my dwelling house and my Fishing Room & Flakes for his own use and benefit absolutely and I declare this to be my last will and Testament hereby revoking all other wills made by me In witness whereof I the said Richard his x mark Walsh have to this last will & Testament set my hand seal this 14th day of March 1898 Testator Richard his X mark Walsh and in acknowledge of his last will & Testament in the presence of us present at the same time and subscribed by us in the presence of the said Testator and of each other attesting witness Corn Hartery Michael his x Scully Thomas Walsh.
