IN RE:   RICHARD THOMAS FORD. DECEASED

St. John's Newfoundland March 26th 1911

This is to certify that the following is a true statement of the last will and Testament of Richard Thomas Ford made in my presence this day the said Richard Thomas Ford being in a sound state of mind at the time as follows signed Frederick Henry Oxford Master Mariner H. M. Customs I will and bequeath to my dear wife Emily Jane Ford all my personal property and effects, both in monies, Land and Household property, to be for her sole use during her lifetime, and after her decease all the said property to be left to my son Henry Charles Ford signed x Richard Thomas Ford witness Frederick Henry Oxford Francis M Horwood.
