In re: RICARD EVERARD DECEASED
I the undersigned (Richard Everard) of Petty Harbor
In this my last will and Testament I give to my wife (Mary Everard) the sum of $382.00 three hundred and eight two dollars and after her death the balance if any remaining to be divided equally between my five children. Namely James Richard Henry Andrew and Margaret
To my son Andrew Everard the sum of $100.00 one hundred dollars. To my son Andrew Everard I give my dewling House and all the Chatels it contain and he is to keep his mother for the period of her natural life.
To my two sons (Henry and Andrew Everard) I give my Fishing Boat and to my two sons (Richard and Henry Everard) I give what is known as the upper garden between them
