Will of Richard Drake
In re RICHARD DRAKE. DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me Richard Drake of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, Master Mariner.

FIRST: I give and bequeath all my property to my son John Drake and my daughter Maria Drake in equal shares as tenants in common and I appoint my said daughter sole executrix of this my will.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF: I have hereunto subscribed and set my hand this 31st day of January, Anno Domini, One thousand nine hundred and twenty two. RICHARD DRAKE.

SIGNED by the said Richard Drake as his last Will in the presence of us, who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
