In re: RICHARD DOUGHY. DECEASED.

I Richard Doughy being in sound health of mind and body do will and bequeath my property thus: before my death & after my death I give all my property (house lands waterside premises &c.) to Patrick Power on condition that he give me full support during life and settle my burial expense after death also after my death Patrick power shall have for me four masses sd.
Rich his X mark Doughy.
I hereby agree to the above conditions
sd. Patrick his X mark Power.
Witnesses John A. O’Reilly D.D. Lizzie Cormack.
I leave everything of which I die possessed to Patrick Power subject to the condition contained in will written hereon I appoint said Patrick Power to be my executor Salmonier
